On the Road to Glacier

Deer Lodge, MT

We left Gardiner, MT, just north of Yellowstone, this morning and headed west on I-90.  Our next destination of an significance is Glacier National Park.  But after ten days in Yellowstone we felt we needed a day off to rest and do some cleaning.  Deer Lodge is midway between the two parks, so we stopped at an RV park just off the interstate for a two night stay.

Indian Creek RV Park

We have a decent pull-through site so it will be easy to pull out when we leave on Thursday (today is Tuesday).  Then it’s back to the national park grind, hiking and motorcycling in beautiful scenery.  But more on that later . . .

Glad you two are taking a couple of days off. Need to recharge once in a while.
We just spent two whirlwind days in Rapid City…that is why I am behind in my reading and posting. We will be behind posting for several days. OH WELL…such is life.
We look forward to your Glacier posts since we did a by-pass to be with Carrie. Enjoy your restful day and safe travels tomorrow! Miss you both.

Enjoy the relaxing Times when you can get them
