A visit to Cabot’s Cheese

We have been through this part of New England on two other occasions and both times we stopped in the little town of Cabot, VT to visit the Cabot Cheese plant.  This time we decided to just stop by their Visitor’s Center and pass on the plant tour.  We figured that if they saw us in the plant again they might put us to work!

In the Visitor’s Center they have the usual t-shirts and coffee mugs, but they also have a table filled with cheese samples!

We “stocked up” on some of the local product and headed back into New Hampshire.  The back roads in Vermont and New Hampshire are very rough so, since we are from Pennsylvania,  we felt right at home.

That is too funny! Thanks for coming by (again) and sampling. Come back anytime!

We love going into places that let us sample the local eats. I think they know that I will spend more money if I taste a sample first.
